Time Frame for Refunds

You can request a refund for any product you purchase from Tessia within 28 days of the purchase date.

  2. Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use or is not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Exemptions: Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, personalized products, or software downloads. Any exemptions will be clearly stated on the product page and at the point of sale.


Refund Process

  2. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

  2. If the refund is still not visible, contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at refunds@tessia.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
